The best thing to do is record gameplay and also have Afterburner overlay with frametime/cpu/gpu/power etc.

So its already gone from internet issue to even with no internet theres still an issue.. You're probably chasing a ghost.

Its the pixel response time for motion blur, the settings are the different overdrive settings. It isn't an input lag setting. Whatever the default is usually the middle one and is generally the best to use. The lowest will make everything blur and the highest usually creates artifacts and trailing....
