So I'm wondering which one would be better in terms of motion smoothness. Let's take an OLED panel as an example, a 240hz non-bfi OLED panel vs a 120hz panel, but it has BFI turned on.
Which one would be smoother?

Re: high kernal latency.
Kernel latency is related to the OS, e.g. if you install linux, you can install a low-latency kernel, which is the linux kernel, but configured to be low latency, e.g. shrink queues, use better latency algorithms, etc...

Probably electricity got worse, maybe something got installed in your area that is creating extra interference in the line, or something got changed in the powerline, or maybe even at home? At least I don't think it's interference in the air, that squeaking of the power supply I think indicates som...

On the topic of latency measurements, does anyone know who I can contact or where I can get an LDAT?

DVI is definitely better than VGA if you can't go with just DP or HDMI.

I think number 4 is probably most likely.
I had a similar issue, but in my case instead of making the game smoother, it prevent it from constantly crashing.

Might be worth it to test if you can disable the DWM and test it that way. What operating system you on?

You can contact Fr33thy and let him set things up for you, if you don't mind paying a premium.
