What is "heavy mouse movement"? Heavy describes a degree of weight, not the way something moves. Unless the object/mouse cursor is somehow falling.

Yes you’ve read the title. I tested 6+ PC’s, internets monitors etc etc etc etc etc etc for the last 3 years. Any PC i connected in my house made it stutter instantly… and “forever” Nothing I did even HELPED my PC one tiny bit. It seemed as once I plugged my PC into my outlet it “stuttered” forever...

Use MadVR's smooth motion processing to deal with video judder. And yes it should Freesync even in windowed full screen apps. Good tip, I’ll check that out for video file playback. For stuff like Netflix and YouTube and Prime that render via the browser (Edge), I’ll need an even pulldown refresh ra...
