I currently play with gsync ON + vsync OFF + -3fps/hz cap + NULL OFF.
My understanding is the input lag benefit would not apply to my setup even tho I'm using gsync as the tested results are with vsync ON?
Can anyone clarify?

Re: Monitor has free-sync enabled. How to turn off?
Chris (battlenonsense) made some interesting findings regarding input lag. https://youtu.be/L42nx6ubpfg You can watch it but the take away regarding input lag was this: 1. Nvdia gpu + gsync compatible monitor (freesync screen) + gsync/freesync OFF = extra 10ms of input lag (compared to using a AMD g...

Re: XL2546 vs. LG 27GK750F-B vs. xg248q and a few questions
Those panels are 180hz and were factory overclocked to 240hz. Thats why they have problems. They still deliver less input lag than 144hz of course, mainly due to persistence (4ms) Wow that is strange, if that is true it does make me question why those all those reviewers and manufacturers are adver...

Re: XL2546 vs. LG 27GK750F-B vs. xg248q and a few questions
1080p on 27 inches is bad imo. And as I told you, Asus XG248Q is the only monitor right now with a native 240hz panel. You should not consider a first gen 240hz screen over Asus XG24 unless you really want a bigger size. Can you explain what you mean when you say the xg248q is the only monitor righ...

Re: XG2402 vs XG2530
I'm in the same situation. I want to buy XG2402, from what i read it's the best 144hz monitor for gaming with good image but i can't find it anywhere, physical store and online. Would be very strange if it's not for sale anymore. I can get XG2530 for 300€, only thing i'm worried is i don't know wha...

Re: need help : best ips gsync monitor with low motion blur
Hello I have the xg2703 and my mate has the pg279q which i have used many times. I can confirm that they basically look the same (used the ufo test as well) in terms of motion blur (while playing cs go and battlefield 1 at 170+ fps). If u use the ulmb feature on these monitors it does reduce the blu...

Re: Dell SG2417DG vs SG2716DG
Hello Pcmonitor.info did a review on both. https://pcmonitors.info/reviews/dell-s2716dg/ https://pcmonitors.info/reviews/dell-s2417dg/ One of the interesting findings was the smaller 24" had little to no overshoot compared to the 27" version. According to my reading of the reviews, the 24" appeared ...

Acer Kg251q 240- anyone heard of this?
Hello there I came across this monitor on https://www.pccasegear.com/products/41351/acer-kg251q-fhd-240hz-freesync-25in-tn-gaming-monitor and some other stores.(ple, kogan) It's an acer TN 24.5" 1080p 240hz freesync monitor and only costs $399 aud. Sounds like an exceptional deal when compared to co...
