Re: Official Asus ROG Swift 360Hz PG259QN Owners Thread

Run down of my experience so far. This is purely based on competitive play. To clear some of the misinformation, you do not need a monitor that has Reflex to use this feature. There is a QNR variant coming in a few months that will have the "analyzer" but any monitor can do this. The SDK simply requ...

Official Asus ROG Swift 360Hz PG259QN Owners Thread

B08GL5TJQT Secured mine today. Going to check for stuck pixels and runs some test. Mostly this will be compared to my VG259QM and Omen X 25F. Will check to see if there are any hidden service menu items like the OD120. Maybe a ULMB @ 360  ? Evidently we can reach for the future around here wit...

Re: Asus PG259QN 360hz Monitor

Asus doesn't have a clue when these will be available at retail. Wish they'd have more details on availability.

Re: The Official *Asus VG259QM* Owners Thread (+ Secret Overdrive)

I believe sharing FW and experience is important here. I was pretty surprised after reading Rtings re-evaluate based on the OD120 because it’s clearly not the case with what I am seeing with my display on FW 105. Did they ever mention what firmware they had? They mentioned checking again if there’s ...

Re: VG259QM issue

Make sure you're scrolling down to "PC" where resolution is in Nvidia Control panel. BTW, have either of you tested OC 280hz, OD 120hz with GSync off, Vsync Off, VRR on the display off? Firmware on mine is 105.

Re: ASUS PG259QN ANNOUNCED! - 360Hz IPS 1ms GtG HDR Monitor with Hardware G-Sync and ULMB Strobing

Everyone's perception is different. Before I had read any reviews stating otherwise I could feel the difference in ULMB in the 259QM. I had mentioned it here multiple times. No idea what that is caused by scientifically but it is there but ever so slightly. Finally seeing Rtings review, it is infac...

Re: ASUS PG259QN ANNOUNCED! - 360Hz IPS 1ms GtG HDR Monitor with Hardware G-Sync and ULMB Strobing

I own an Omen X 25F and an Asus VG259QM amongst many others (Omen X 27 is another stellar one I have) and can say with 100% certainty that I can not see, identify, or tell the difference on UFO test between the IPS and UFO between the two. Its so freaking close. Hey Alpha, I was about to pull the t...

Re: ASUS PG259QN ANNOUNCED! - 360Hz IPS 1ms GtG HDR Monitor with Hardware G-Sync and ULMB Strobing

It will be interesting to compare the incoming lag between my monitors side-by-side. $ 700 for you = $ 1100 for my country - just a catastrophe. Agree. I am not sure how what to think at this point. My best guess is minimal but it'll likely come down to game and engine imo. Whatever idiot at...

Re: Apex Pro TKL, Improvement in Input Latency and Measurments against other keyboards.

I have 2 G Pro, the reg and clicky blue which I have enjoyed but am still blow away at how good the Pro TKL is. Those are permanently retired now. I didn’t install the drivers and manually set the fastest actuation. Amazing for gaming. Typing for me, not so much. :!: Definitely worth the money. So y...
