Honestly, out of all the monitors I've tested (including 144 Hz 4K IPS) Lenovo Y27gq-25 showed the best picture quality! It shows as little motion blur as 1080p 0.5 ms screens (without ULMB). The most pleasant monitor to game on!

No it was always there. Disabling it is easy too.

What makes you say that Lenovo Y27gq-25 has ULMB? Do you have proof?
Asus pg258q is not a contender to XN253Q Pbmiprzx or XN253Q Xbmiprzx at all.

Also dark boost, doesn't brighten dark parts but only brightens light parts. Crazy fast monitor with great picture quality, I'm using 27GL850 and it has worse picture quality.

From my screenshots you can see that frametime graph is enabled. At 68% GPU load there is no point in reducing details.
