Re: Best monitor so far even if 1080p
Nontheless, depending on criteria, the VG248QE -- if you don't mind the poor colors -- is one of the best LightBoost monitors made in terms of lack of strobe crosstalk. Assuming LightBoost (blur reduction) is your #1 buying consideration. Each monitor have their pros and cons.

That's OK, I've managed to reach out to HDTVpolska (Maceij Kooper and Piotr Gmerek), so I will reach out to Sweclockers. (Putting all into one thread; relevant tweets by a few display testers, to confirm credit given to the Blur Busters invention) https://www.blurbusters.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/...

Re: Pursuit Camera Tests (Peer Reviewed)
I am not familiar with SWEclockers, as I can't read that language, but do they credit BlurBusters like all the others do? As a rule of thumb, this Blur Busters invention is completely free to build & use -- but credit to "www.blurbusters.com/motion-tests/pursuit-camera/" would be good -- can you fi...

Re: Firmware upgrade using Linux tool, requires no hardware
It would be lovely if it's possible to create an ISO image (thumbdrive compatible) that automatically boots up Linux & launches into a menu to automatically flash the monitor with minimum steps. Automatically boot, automatically detect, and then display a menu (confirm before flashing). -- Easy to r...

Re: Techradar - Asus ROG Swift PG258Q "review"
Based on the photos I've seen, I don't see why 180Hz would look much worse than the bad strobe crosstalk at ~100Hz. If they've been able to make 144Hz have less strobe crosstalk than 100Hz, I think strobe crosstalk that comes back at 180Hz would look approximately the same as at around 100Hz for scr...

Re: Pursuit Camera Tests (Peer Reviewed)
Thanks, great paper! Short and to the point. Pcmonitors.info and Sweclockers.com also use the pursuit camera UFO tests btw. Yes, pcmonitors.info also credit Blur Busters too here and they also post some really nice pursuit camera images: http://www.blurbusters.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/G2460PF...

Re: Techradar - Asus ROG Swift PG258Q "review"
It's actually surprising to see 144Hz have less strobe crosstalk than 100Hz. I guess they don't extend the length of the blanking intervals optimally at lower refresh rates -- done properly, the lower refresh rates should have had less strobe crosstalk.
