Therefore setting Max pre-rendered frames to 1 on a G-Sync + V-Sync + FPS limiter would only reduce FPS\performance, but not reduce input lag. Is that correct?

Is that the case? The specs list a higher number of possible colors for Eizo Foris FG2421 when used with Display Port. I assume that means it is 8but + 2bit FRC, correct?
