Hello. Is best ULMB 240Hz/144Hz TN/IPS monitor as less persistence time as BenQ XL2411P at same brightness? Is newer ULMB monitor less crosstalk than BenQ Blur reduction? What's best ULMB monitor with 1ms or shorter response time but maximum 27" and 50Hz is very well (no any issue (crosstalk...))?

Have you enabled "Blur Reduction" in OSD of your monitor?

Very probably, any TN panel won't have "Blur Busters Approved" for crosstalk and color quality issues.
