Re: Can we freaking have a no BOE panel ?! ( 1440p 240hz~ )
so the whole discussion is kind of a lost cause" That's for the OP to decide; not you. Every monitor has some type of pros and cons but he doesn’t want to make any compromises on any type of drawbacks + wants glossy on top of that aka a virtually impossible task (no, he doesn’t like OLED either) RE...

Re: ViewSonic XG2431 Discussion Thread [Blur Busters Approved XG2431 - 24" 240Hz IPS with Best Strobing]
i was considering buying this monitor until a i read a recent thread here on this forum, where someone said that when using the best antiblur modes the brightness of the monitor was too low to be usable. they claimed like 50 or less nits iirc were their measurements accurate or was that just their ...

Re: Almost all ≥240hz LCD monitors are not compliant. Why?
I'd rather have slow panels that don't destroy your eyes than fast panels you can't even look at. I just wanted to inform you that some of our forum members have contacted me to complain about this behavior of your derailing forum threads on Blur Busters Forums with excessive mentions of eyestrain ...

Re: Can we freaking have a no BOE panel ?! ( 1440p 240hz~ )
No, because BOE is the ONLY brand of 1440p 240hz panel that doesn't have unbearable eye strain. r0ach, when posts are not in Display Comfort, please ask "Why not BOE? Is it because you're concerned about eyestrain?" Rather than assuming eyestrain. The original poster didn't inquire about eyestrain,...

Re: Controversial Debate: Is 360Hz+ Worth It?
Ok because I was thinking more on the lines of what you said earlier about 1200hz being able to do Pure XP on Extreme Mode without the use of BFI Terminology Disambiguation PureXP is defacto hardware based BFI (via backlight strobe), so "PureXP without BFI" is a misunderstanding of display-impulse ...

I have a very powerful PC (Ryzen 7,7800 3D processor and a GTX 4090 graphics card and 32 GB RAM). Do I really need to use RTSS to reduce lag when playing at 60hz? That is, having such a powerful computer, the improvement with RTSS would be negligible. Is this statement correct? Depends on your need...

Re: Panasonic ST60 & ST50 plasma motion clarity & Persistence?
wow so radars after image was natural CRT? I always thought it was purposely made to do that using a software to delay the image to more easily see it. It was 100% analog in the 1940s. CRT radar back in those days did not even have a computer. The radar spun at roughly 1 spin per second, and the CR...

Re: Google AI says a 240HZ Monitor will display 60 FPS contnet with 75% less persistant blur
It says 240HZ OLED has a massive benefit 75% reduction on persistent blur almost making it like backlight strobing when dealing with 60 FPS games No, that will only happen if you have maximum full-frame-based BFI at 240Hz, e.g. 60fps at 240Hz using 1 visible frame for every 3 black frames. 60fps sa...

Re: Blurriness in Overwatch
Still figuring out a way to capture this. The VODs don't show the behavior, in the recording it looks no different when I use my mouse as opposed to keyboard. This might be something where you need a highspeed camera, which I don't have. You may want to pursuit your camera (handwave) along the scre...
