Re: BenQ announces the ZOWIE XL2546S
I wonder why this dyac is promoted for e-sport when any kind of strobing needs basically vsync on which means input lag. I know about low-lag methods but in tourney reality i dont think u can install rivatuner to use it. Without vsync blurr reduction is just a mess.

Re: Inconsistent in-game frame rate limiters and vsync.
Noticed this as well in many games when limiting fps to 234-237 . Not sure what is more accurate monitor fps counter (gsync monitor) or the in-game counter. Only when i limit to 229 (or less) monitor counter doesn't exceed 237.

to have lowest input lag u need as much as u can fps but not exceeding 95% of gpu load.

Re: Some observations on Scanline Sync
I made another test and RTSS osd doesn't show negative values of sync line. If i set +1100 osd shows +1100. If is set -57 it also shows +1100 in osd.

Re: Some observations on Scanline Sync
I want to use ULMB so can't use GSYNC at the same time. So i made a test and with 144hz and 1080p i have total of 1157 scanlines. tear line is visible starting from +1 (and is like 1/10th of the monitor height from the top). Tearline dissapear at +1040. So my range is from 1041-1156? If i set like +...

Re: Some observations on Scanline Sync
Don't want to create new topic but i have one simple question:
does Scanline sync works with -1 value? I can see tearline only with 10+ (positive) to 1020+ values. I'm on PG258Q 1080p with 144hz ULMB.Or maybe i should set positive value?

TUF Gaming VG27BQ
For MBR i think only TN panels are fast enough. You can check above monitor. TN panel with ELMB but wqhd.

Re: 144hz (on MBR) vs 240hz (off MBR)
I can add 2 cents from myself as an owner of PG258Q and active player of Apex. -in MBR mode enabled at 144 Hz the image is very clear with little amount of crosstalks. But the main problem with MBR is that u need to use it with VSYNC ON to have perfectly smooth experience. Unfortunately input lag in...
