... The less time you have between refresh cycles, the less time for pixel response to finish settling the pixels (crosstalk). That's why strobing at a Hz below max Hz is better strobe quality. This is the same reason why NVIDIA added an artificial arbitrary limitation of 120Hz ULMB for 144Hz GSYNC...

I'm curious if with latest feature of Nvidia driver Low Latency Mode "Ultra" do I still need to substract 0.01 frame with vsync on to reduce input lag when using ULMB? Does it matter if I use double or triple buffer vsync? I found out that triple is much more fluid in Apex. Or should i use Nvidia pa...

Try it on CS:GO its free to play now and im sure u'll get 300+ (and limit to 237)

Fortnite works good aswell so i suggest test Your monitor on different PC and if this wont help go to shop and replace it.

No i dont. But there are some places where u have 144-240 fps on 1080ti. And above 144 it just doesnt look right.

Fast google'ing indeed showing that ppl have kind of flickering problems not only with this particular monitor. One says that is driver problem - if U have time reinstall windows and install latest drivers. Other says its DP cable problem. Bf1, Bf5, Apex, R6S, ROE have no problems on 240Hz in fullsc...
