To clarify if I understand right: if i have 144Hz monitor with NVCP Vsync ON should I cap in-game to 144fps to reduce input lag? Some in-game limiters are not to precise...vary from 142-147.In such case is it better to limit with RTSS (143.999)?

On pg258q i havent noticed any tearing with g-sync and vsync off and im very sensitive to it. Basically teraing was only reason i invested to g-sync. Maybe some games which i'm not playing have some problems...

Why should I use Vsync ON with G-Sync? If i have capped 3 frames below my max refresh whats the purpose of VSYNC in Nvidia CP?

But the main question is why would U ever want to cap fast sync. All idea about fast sync is not to cap it at all isnt it? Or when lets say i have 60Hz monitor its better to use fast sync with 60fps cap than use vsync on? Will i have (in that case) tearing and stutter free motion with caped fast syn...
