Freesync appears active on AG251FZ with nvidia card
I've had my AG251FZ for a while now, and I use it with nvidia card. I recently clean installed windows 10, but now it is always saying freesync is active, instead of displaying the vertical refresh rate in the OSD. When I first noticed this happened there was a green flash when a game went fullscree...

Re: 240 HZ FOR OVERWATCH, HELP ME DECIDE!
I used to use the VG248QE at 0% brightness in lightboost mode on the desktop at all times. That's the only reason I used to use it, because it offered a lower brightness than without lightboost (never used it in games)Chief Blur Buster wrote:VG248QE at 10%? Wow.

Re: 240 HZ FOR OVERWATCH, HELP ME DECIDE!
All I can say is that my experience of a 240hz AG251FZ has been briliant (not that I would advise people to be buying that monitor, I'm sure there is better stuff available now). I used to have the original prototype 144hz asus gsync monitor, and it was great. But I'd much rather run in 240hz mode w...

Re: Why is adobe flash so stuttery?
HTML player in firefox is now PERFECT.
*slow hand clap*. I can't believe it took so long to have it like this. It may have been as good as this for the last year or so, I just reminded myself of this thread, as I watch everything run at a perfectly fluid 30 fps or 60fps on youtube nowadays

Re: Display custom frequency for 24 fps movies
Well, I thanks a lot Glide. Reclock is pretty damn good. The only reason for me using my ~48hz custom frequency is original speed (not that you'd be able to gauge the movie was slower or faster) and better colours at the lower frequency (I think higher refresh rate tends to wash out colours more). T...

Display custom frequency for 24 fps movies
I recently discovered that 24 fps movies, are actually running at precisely 23.976 fps. Well, actually, I knew that for a long time, but it never really bothered me. http://imgur.com/a/4Oq3h I have used a 120hz monitor for many years. And was quite impressed with the fluidity of 24 fps movies, since...

Re: Question on Gsync Framerates, please help!
But I thought G-Sync was supposed to double/triple frames when displaying anything <30 FPS? That's what PC Perspective's testing showed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VkrJU5d2RfA Not sure, but I'm glad it's not doing it anymore. I think they switch sync off very rapidly somehow. I also notice cap...

Re: Question on Gsync Framerates, please help!
Confirmed this issue I mentioned is now fixed by enabling gsync and forcing vsync off on the new drivers

Re: It's now possible to disable vsync when reaching monitor
Ok, I'm really curious, why don't you want Gsync on the desktop? We do. But all we currently have is fake and broken gsync on the destop, that doesn't even do anything, for no reason other than to make us continuously turn it off and on to use ULMB on desktop. Then they call this a 'feature', when ...
