Re: XL2720Z broken?
Hi I just unpacked my benq XL2720Z. Right away I tried the test ufo site, and something seems wrong. Most of the time it will display a double image - as in literally a double image. Not just a slight ghosting behind the UFO's, but a double image. Then all of a sudden the picture is pixel perfect f...

Re: XL2411T vs 2411Z (BenqBlur vs ULMB vs LB) for Twitch Gam
strobed backlighting only helps when your eyes are tracking a moving object. in csgo and 3D FPS games in general, that doesn't happen much since your eyes stay at crosshair and you track objects by moving your mouse. so don't worry too much about it It depends on player and game. For example game w...

Re: New BenQ XL2420Z configuration.
The problem is the colours on the FPS modes are horrible and makes it feel like I'm using a £10 monitor. Colors can be tuned. Black eQulizer makes colors horrible too. The problem of all fast models (high refresh rate and low input lag) is TN tech. If you want better colors and can deal with higher...

Re: Adaptive Gsync
BUT, real 240hz has already been achieved with overclocking and the difference that makes in persistence is sick compared to 120hz. ... We might start seeing legit 240hz monitors in 3 years or something (so i hear on these forums at least). Thats when you will get low blur with variable framerate. ...

Black eQulizer option isn't available at some monitor modes. Just set FPS1 mode and play.Redpeanut wrote:I cannot use the Black eQulizer option, does anyone know why that is?

They will add lag while G-SYNC and problem sovledRealNC wrote:This would negate the input lag gains from G-Sync. You would then get inconsistent input lag (no lag in G-Sync, lag in ULMB.) That would be extremely annoying and IMO make games virtually unplayable.
What about changing brightness?

Re: XL2720Z should run at 120 or 144Hz
Some people say colors are more accurate at 120Hz. Also Motion Blur Reduction gives better quality at 120Hz afaik.
1,5 years on 144Hz (XL2411T, same notification at OSD) and no problems.

Re: XL2420Z Vertical Total 1350 -> black screen
Hey, I just got my XL2420Z and am setting everything up. When I tried to do the VT1350 trick and clicked "Test" (Nvidia) my screen went black and stayed black until I hit Ctrl + Alt + Del. Any ideas? Also the tests on the homepage (alien, moving picture etc.) show 60Hz. Is that supposed to happen? ...
