You'll have to mess with icc profiles from review sites and see which you like best. Same for blur buster, I primarily play consoles so have persistence to 1.5-2ms and crosstalk to 0. Colors will always be somewhat lacking due to tn panel. If your card is nvidia, you could play around with vibrance.

Hey Dgee, If it's just brightness, try it with blur "reduction on" using Standard settings and adjust accordingly. Which firmware do you have? Have you tried re-downloading the file? Also, if you do have newer firmware, accessing the service menu will allow you to turn on & use the settings.
