Just like the first 240hz monitors, it took some time for the non-gsync to come to market.

If I recall correctly:
benq xl2540 was released at autumn-winter of 2016 (non g-sync)
asus pg258q was released at winter-spring of 2017

More interesting question for me is when to expect cheaper versions of 360hz monitors (without G-SYNC)? 6 months? 12 months?
