Re: Use a regular raspberry pi to measure input lag with millisecond accuracy

For anybody who wants to measure input lag but doesn't want to shell out for a leo bodnar, time sleuth, or mod their OSSC there's another option that just requires a raspberry pi (zero). They can be had for $5 if you don't already have one. The other requirement is a camera - 60fps or higher (high ...

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S/XL2546S Owners Thread

1080p resolution at 27" is pretty big. Personally, 1080p at 25" is the limit for me, but to each their own. If I went 27" I'd want at least 1440p for the higher res image on desktop. I don't like my Windows UI to be so big. imho 25 inch is practicle just if you are space constrained in a basement o...

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S/XL2546S Owners Thread

It seems he's just advertising it to his stream but I saw him sticking with the BenQ Zowie XL2546 for his actual daily driver for gaming lol!! Not a good look for IPS or LG in that regard: https://clips.twitch.tv/ShakingDeafFungusEleGiggle You do know the monitor he was given was a 27" TN 1080p, ri...

Re: New 1080p 240hz IPS monitors. LG 27gn750, MSI MAG251rx, Asus TUF vg279qm/vg259qm.

amazing, gonna save these settings for if i get the 2546S. but what i meant was are you doing custom strobe calibration and running lower at 120hz like some people for "strobe crosstalk headroom" to get those great strobing results in your pic or is it just strobing normally with DYAC at 240fps? ye...

Re: New 1080p 240hz IPS monitors. LG 27gn750, MSI MAG251rx, Asus TUF vg279qm/vg259qm.

From what i saw based on inferences of other review websites, BenQ TNs are generally around 2.5ms g2g(*the fastest 240hz Tn is 2.1ms g2g omen x25f/nitro xv272). So the g2g averages are on the upper end of the fastest TN. the msi mag251rx is 3ms so the benq is definitely faster. But i dont' think th...
