Re: New 1080p 240hz IPS monitors. LG 27gn750, MSI MAG251rx, Asus TUF vg279qm/vg259qm.
From what i saw based on inferences of other review websites, BenQ TNs are generally around 2.5ms g2g(*the fastest 240hz Tn is 2.1ms g2g omen x25f/nitro xv272). So the g2g averages are on the upper end of the fastest TN. the msi mag251rx is 3ms so the benq is definitely faster. But i dont' think th...

Which example do you guys like more in this pic? the MSI or the Zowie? Dyac monitors don't drop brightness like other monitors with backlight strobing. I heard XL2746s is like 350+nits with Dyac on. That's a huge plus IMO because I personally can't play at something like 150-200nits brightness, tha...

Re: Dual Monitor seems to add display lag
Just tested it and I don't notice such thing running 1080p 210hz and 1440p 144hz screens. in order to notice it you need to disable the monitor not just power it off, in nvidia control panel you need to untick it on the setup mutiple display section. for me there is a clear difference of about 10ms...

Dual Monitor seems to add display lag
running w10 1909, and a 2080ti I have a setup with a PG279Q running at 120hz and a XL2746S at 240hz both using 8K cert displayport on same graphic card (2080ti) , I noticed that when I test my reaction time (human benchmark site) on the benq and both monitor are enabled (not cloned just 2 desktop) m...

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S/XL2546S Owners Thread
So I have a PG279Q (IPS) and also received the 27inch while waiting for the 2546s , I can tell that the XL2746S is more crisp than IPS in games even it being 1080p. That makes no sense. I bet movement is more clear, but 1080p just can't be more crisp then 1440p. it makes perfect sense because bette...

Re: Updated Statement: HDMI vs DP Input Lag
Many old active conversions had a frame buffer. This happens more often with devices that have onscreen menus (e.g. surround sound receivers). You know, the lag you got when you plugged a computer through a stereo receiver? Yes, that's the lag of active repeatering. HDMI-to-DP however, requires a l...

Re: Weird input lag at day time only
Hello I'm a former professional Rocket League player who is suffering from something called "heavy car bug" within our community and are usually assumed as the player itself just has gotten worse at the game and suffering from "heavy brain lag" (meme). Enough of that. What I am experiencing is extr...
