Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync
Hey K2, can you comment on the coating, viewing angles, BLB, and uniformity? Looking to give monitor a try, as it's super cheap during BF sale. Well, coating is "ok", image is not super grainy, it is a bit grainy as it's antiglare 27" with relatively big pixel size, but nothing major to worry about...

Yes sure, probably its time so I've made a TLDR post, I'll ask Chief to copy it in thread beginning. Optimal/stable VT 1304 240hz resolution: https://thumb.ibb.co/gcKbNx/vt1304-240hz.png It is an overclocked mode, but it is fully safe to use it. It may result in minor display instability: sometimes,...

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync
I remember some people who never tried other 240hz screens touting it as the best one... always manages to infuriate me, when someone calls something "the best" without trying any of it's alternatives, or having the skills necessary to distinguish between good and excellent... Calm down, a fact tha...

This is already fixed in Original scaling mode.A Solid lad wrote:How I see it: It's a high input lag monitor
Who praise it? I just use it, not praise. But many people at this point are sure that it definitely cost its money.

Re: Cheap 240hz Acer KG251Q Input Lag
Span your displays and find a stopwatch that you can split on both monitors simultaneously, it is more proper techinque to compare them side by side. At your pictures, right display is around 60ms behind the left one, but it doesnt neccessary means that input lag of the right display is 60ms worse t...

TimeCompression , ericl Yes, that bug may be not revision-dependant. I have contacts of owners who havent ever reported this issue. It may also be GPU dependant, as I found that actual default 240hz timings and exact refreshrate are not fully equal on Nvidia and AMD cards. Anyway, good as it seems ...

Re: Closest potential 1440p 240hz monitor release dates?
We can only suppose. Historically speaking, I hope some models on new "0,5ms" panels will be announced at CES 2019 (January 2019). At least I expect 1440p 240hz to be announced as flagship of the new panels generation, with the 1080p 240hz following it. Market availability then should be around 2H 2...

Re: Intel 9900K
CPU is delidded and custom watercooled, at 5000mhz 1,36v i never get over 63-65C at gaming even in hottest summer days. CPU frequency, if you lock it at 5000, would not be temperatures-dependant. One my past teammate had 7700K not delidded at 5ghz with AVX offset and AVX disabled in windows, with ai...

Re: Intel 9900K
I have a custom watercooling loop, 360mm rad with CPU and GPU-only (not fullcover) waterblocks, its normal temps for this kind of cooling. You need to disable Intel speedstep, Intel Speedshift, C1E and all C-states set to disabled, in order to run your CPU always at full speed. Power setting should ...

Re: Intel 9900K
I keep seeing these fps splits and I don't get them. One thing I can tell you for sure is that you're not getting 300 fps average, which is the cap, if you're dipping that much. I currently have an overclocked 2080 ti with the 5ghz 7700k and 3600mhz RAM. At the lowest settings with 100% render scal...
