You should probably try and upgrade your hardware, the stuttering isn't the monitors fault. And the VG had Freesync so you could've even used that to get rid of it. It was impossible to reproduce the issue I had, it wasn't exactly caused by what image retention normally would be, I could be searching Google and a random image popups and I got the vertical lines on my screen and if I keep the image up I get the temporary retention, weird issue with these panels....
