Re: Eyestrain, nausea with "all" new monitors?
It's running at 1360x768, so everything is rather large due to such a low res being stretched on such a large screen space. I have it at about 5-6 feet away from where I sit and I have no issues reading text. It actually is quite surprising how clear it is for such low PPI and the colors are far be...

having a great brightness is important to clearly distinguish and be reactive to every single details displayed in the screen. No it's not. I've gotten top 500 in OW1 and very high ranks in a few other games playing on 0% brightness back when I played competitive games  You're posting a lot of...

Re: Eyestrain, nausea with "all" new monitors?
Seems like this is becoming more of an issue lately. Maybe as we get older we become more sensitive to certain aspects of monitors. I had to ditch my XG2431 because of eyestrain, headaches and sick feeling. Right now I'm just using some cheap 32" LG tv I had laying around and it's much better on th...

Does anyone have any success using the ECO modes? I'm trying to lower the power consumption of the monitor, but when I enable any of the 3 eco modes, I see zero difference in the readings from my killawatt reader. Does it have to be on a certain color profile or something?

Re: FrameView measures "PC Latency" now
Can this be used to measure OS latency in games, or is this just the actual game latency? For instance, comparing W10 against W11 latency, as I've heard W10 is better for latency.

Re: Apex legends, sometimes smooth sometimes slow/choppy. Server related?
Apex is a disaster. Performance in this game has been hit or miss since I started playing. I believe there is a 180+ fps bug still? In that, if you don't cap your FPS and you go above 180, you get performance hitches, etc. Could be that, could be the constant updates messing with performance, etc. T...

Been loving this monitor, good job Chief. More companies should be partnering with you and asking for your input on market trends, etc. You know what people want in a monitor. Pay this man! This is now my favorite gaming flat panel, ever. The funny thing is, my favorite monitor of all time is an old...

Do not confuse non-changing IPS glow with changing pressure spots. Remember, pressure spots is like pressing a finger on an LCD. You can see how colors/greys distorts. When a monitor is packed, semi-permanent (24-to-72-hour) pressure spots can form because of monitor pressing against foam or a side...
