Yes, set that 100 to 003 and then the problem is fixed.
Setting the phase that high causes a black screen. This usually happens after a flash and for some reason the # gets set to 100 improperly.

Make sure youre using the toastyx pixel clock patcher for amd/NVidia. Also, the VT tweaks do not work at 144 hz.
