Re: Monitor 27 [XL2720Z color versus XL2720T color?]

you could do a quick calibration on lagom website.
if you want more serious display quality you should buy a spectrophotometer like the i1pro

Re: Monitor 27 [XL2720Z color versus XL2720T color?]

Just buy the BenQ XL2411Z and the colormunki/i1pro spectrophotometer and you will have the best of both worlds.
there is LITTLE to NO difference between 6bits + FRC (8bits) and real 8bits VA/IPS so the result will be the same at the naked eye.
the overall is expensive but definetly worth it.

Re: Best monitor 24 1ms for XBOX 1

you should take the XL2411Z, it has 60hz strobed without too much flickering (you can set flash time up to 4ms), and the least expensive of 3 Z series monitors, you will definitely enjoy it.

Re: Visible Lightboost ghosting on XL2411T

you could try set the lightboost brightness to 10% and customize timings to enforce the monitor refreshing faster.

Re: Removing the AG coating

well you just need to take care to not damage the polarizer, but else i guess its accessible to everyone
you can ping it as you said, it would be interesting !
also removing the AG coat makes the display more like a CRT without the annoying grainy/dirty effect
