Ok, so with MBR off it's even more responsive? Feels that way. Wow, I just shattered my record on aimbooster. I'm in euphoria.

I do have a frame skipping bug when I switch from MBR on/off, but if I then change my refresh rate to 144hz, hit apply, then change back to 240hz it's gone.

[ I never recommend these "FPS" presets. Or any presets, really. Just use the "user" or "custom" preset (or whatever they're calling it) and configure things as you want them. *Edit - never mind I can customize the 1st two gamer modes how I want, that's cool. So far this monitor seems SUPER responsive (coming from 165hz dell), I'm pretty amazed.

So I tried to read through as much of the 34 pages of info on this monitor as I could. Here's my summary and questions for clarification: 1) Strobing only works at 120hz, 144hz, 240hz.
