Re: I discover why sometime PC become fast and low input lag and otherwise feel high input lag

I do not think this is all that rare of a problem, more and more people are coming forth sharing the same observations. We continue to search for a solution for this particular problem- likely due to grounding issues. The case of the solar panels communicating to POCO causing frametime spikes was ve...

Probably grounding issues in your current home, take your PC to his house and you will see that it is not your hardware.

Re: Weird lag when monitor on native refresh, much less on 143hz

yeah no kind of sync enabled, it does not support gsync, (AFAIK) it does have some sort of motion blur reduction which only works at 120 hz or lower, and something called DAS, that last one i have always on since it reduces lag significantly... the motion blur reduction and DAS are mutually exclusi...

Re: Weird lag when monitor on native refresh, much less on 143hz

So you get input lag (mouse keyboard?) when the monitor is at native refresh rate, but screen tearing when its not? Even when you are getting +20 FPS over your monitors framerate? I take it you have Gsync/Vysnc etc off and pretty much all the obvious stuff. Sounds like a shortcoming of the specific ...

Re: 100+ ms frametime spike on 2 different pc builds.

Great write up! This issue will transcend any power filtering techniques you attempt Ideally, a high end power filter will also inform you automaticlly of many kinds of ground-related issues, too -- but it won't be a catchall. It may miss many kinds of issues (possibly including missing detecting t...

Re: 100+ ms frametime spike on 2 different pc builds.

This is a fascinating thread with a lot of great information being posted here. In regards to a UPS with built in power conditioning they are generally referred to as a Online or Double Conversion UPS. You can read up on these devices but essentially the difference to a standard UPS comes down to th...

Re: CSGO feels like 60hz [Internet Latency Issues]

maybe it’s worth collecting data about those who are experiencing problems of a similar nature? PC specs Some software that automatically collects data would be nice. If someone experienced with network analysis AND also competitive gaming -- someone will need to create software that can reliably a...

Re: CSGO feels like 60hz [Internet Latency Issues]

So this problem is only in steam, and CSGO? and none of what I have spoken about is similar for you- input lag in BIOS/Windows, ferrites/toroids changing the behaivor of mouse etc? If so then it appears you are absolutely right, electricity is not the cause of the issues in your case. That being sai...

Re: CSGO feels like 60hz [Internet Latency Issues]

I have the same problem since 2013 probably. It has nothing to do with hardware, or internet. It's just fcked up and bugged steam account problem. At 5 different pc's my game feels like 60hz, with other accounts everything is normal. Copying userdata files from new steam acc to main doesn't help. I...
