Re: Acer Nitro XF2 (Nitro XF272UP) Extreme Motion Blur

Most monitors with strobe On, do not single-strobe below 85Hz approximately, for example all monitors whit GSync module in strobe mode (ULMB) have this behavior, so if you set 60Hz with strobe mode on these monitors, backlight apply Double Sttrobing to avoid flicker. This cause Double Images, and is...

Re: ELMB-SYNC on TUF Gaming VG27BQ

People are reporting TN version also has a lot of crosstalk. :( It is much better if you cap your framerate -- consistent framerates tend to have much less crosstalk / multiimage effects. Useful low-crosstalk strobe range appears to be roughly ~80Hz thru ~120Hz. ELMB SYNC automatically starts doubl...

Re: Are There any Reviews for the Asus TUF VG27BQ?

One here, but is not a deep review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKVpet74iPM Asus TUF Series 2019 (VG27BQ, VG27AQ and VG32VQ) have issues with ELMB-Sync that cause Double Strobe (Double Images), ignore this feature... use ELMB without Variable Refresh Rate for fine strobing. https://www.tftcentra...

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S

Have they mentioned anything about a 24-25"? :( Yesterday, searching info about XL2746S, i saw one leaked image show the XL2546S model is coming, Freesync, DyAc+, hope is not a fake. Another separate matter out of competition task, for players that love XL2740 and want less pixel pitch and maintain...

Re: Windows 10 - Alt-tabbing 'breaks' double buffering - why?

Zinohh +1 This smells like when open game apply FullScreen, and ALT+TAB force game to Windowed Minimized, and when join game again is just Windowed Maximized, not FullScreen. In some games, when you press ALT+ENTER can change betwhen Windowed/FullScreen and fix this. In Windowed state, the game is j...

Re: 120Hz BFI returns for 2020 LG OLED lineup

LG OLED C9 (2019) Review https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/lg/c9-oled Unfortunately, like all OLED TVs, there is a possibility of experiencing permanent burn-in, and the brightness of the screen changes depending on the content (ABL), which may bother some people. If this bright control limit contin...

Re: Viewsonic XG270 with 'PureXP" MBR [pre-tuned by Blur Busters!]

A possible way to mix VRR with PureXP+ on this monitor :?: Set monitor at 100Hz, where are low crosstalk, and enable GSync-Compatible with VSync ON Update monitor firmware to add a monitor setting where only apply PureXP+ 100Hz strobe if detects rock solid 100FPS signal. This is technically possible...

Re: Acer Nitro XF2 (Nitro XF272UP) Extreme Motion Blur

Your monitor with VRB only can strobe at fixed frequency's, if you set it to 144Hz, strobe also run at 144Hz, so when the GPU can't maintain rock solid 144FPS, with VSync ON, sudenly go down to 72FPS and create Double Images. If you set Nvidia VSync ON with Adaptive-VSync, in Nvidia Control Panel or...
