What would you recommend to set the Monitor if i am playing PUBG? Fps 1% Lows around 120 and most of the time around 220? If I was you I'd use Adaptive Sync ON paired with AMA High. So you mean i should use gsync with ama high Right? Yes, it's probably the best approach if your fps are so low.
