Without an FPS cap, this looks just about right to me.

Yes, that's the recommended setup with most games. Unless the game fluctuates too wildly with its framerate and you want it to be more consistent, in which case you would use a lower cap. Because and unknow reason I cant disable FreeSync (I think is because I dont have an AMD GPU) and the option still on ON by default. Are you correctly limiting your FPS to prevent vsync? Without that, you will get vsync lag.
