Re: 360Hz monitor 333FPS/Hz factor for Quake 3(idtech3) engines

Shame Counter-strike wasn't ported to the superior Quake 3 engine since Counter-strike is an awful game with an awful engine sticking with the Quake 2 engine. Sometimes I wonder what would have happened to CS if Q3 engine was used instead. Maybe I would have liked the game more and stayed playing i...

Re: BenQ UNIVERSAL 144Hz->220Hz OVERCLOCK for 1080p 144 Hz

(Just a note: 0xDC represents the index of the picture mode currently selected. It's not really an indicator of monitor differences or anything.)

It shows:
0xCC = 2
0xDC = 11
Apply fix after how many seconds?
Alright, so it successfully detects your language and picture mode, which means it should successfully set them, too. :|

I've also tried the AntiOOR and OORbuster program
When you open AntiOOR, what values does it show for 0xCC and 0xDC?

Re: BenQ UNIVERSAL 144Hz->220Hz OVERCLOCK for 1080p 144 Hz

When I press Apply, my screen goes black, then the Out Of Range message appears for a split second and quickly disappears(I guess, because OOR Buster is running and does its thing). Then after Out of Range message I see black screen and nothing is happening. I'm running OOR Buster with default sett...

Re: Overclocking Benq XL2411 - 144 hz to 165/200 hz

What was the maximum result that you reached? I mean, without frameskipping or other undesired effects like blur and other. Mine is an old XL2411Z with V4 firmware, and only really stable with no frameskipping and sudden whiteouts at no higher than 180Hz, using DVI. That's with settings from Chief'...

Re: BenQ UNIVERSAL 144Hz->220Hz OVERCLOCK for 1080p 144 Hz

Can someone explain why it doesn’t work kn my monitor? I have the XL2411P and it wont go over 150 hz with the OORBUSTER method. When I go over it shows a really artifacted image for half a second and then proceeds to show out of range. What am I doing wrong? You might need to increase the timings v...

Quoting to ask. Have you overclocked your XL2411 on D-Sub, DVI or HDMI? I guess DVI?
DVI if you're asking me.

Re: BenQ UNIVERSAL 144Hz->220Hz OVERCLOCK for 1080p 144 Hz

My Process: Activate SoftMCCS 0xCC & 0xDC -> Apply 8 seconds to AntiOutOfRange -> Start Game. Looking at your screen shot your values are 2 / 25 while mine stay 0 for both. Also tried OOR Buster and see it on the notifications panel but nothing seems to happen as well. I'm likely doing something wr...

Re: BenQ UNIVERSAL 144Hz->220Hz OVERCLOCK for 1080p 144 Hz

Installed this but it doesn't seem to do anything at least for my 2720z? Have a dual monitor with 3440x1440 as primary and 2720 secondary. Does it need to be installed/unpacked in a specific location and have softmccs running at the same time? Annotation 2020-08-15 180723.png How are you using it? ...
