Re: Best 240hz monitor for FPS
Wow just looked at the review of the AG251FG from pcmonitors.info. The prusiut pictures look good. Looks like an imporvement over aoc's last 240hz. May even be better than the other 240hz monitors in terms of motion blur but that is impossible to know without objective measurements by the same revi...

Re: Looking for 1080p monitor... no luck so far (AG251FG pic
"I want everything for $500 please." Yea, not going to happen. All of the 240hz use the same panel and they are not going to look as good as a IPS. Photos of your monitors back light is useless, like completely useless. With the right camera setting you can make any Backlight look identical to your...

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync
Cool thanks.
That is all good to know. I only usef 24.5" gsync AOC and seen similar posts (blb) about other gsync 240hz monitors.
btw - isn't 27" making tn gamma shift more pronounced?
And - this was probably answered but how low does strobing goes?

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync
Its blacks (backlight bleed) is pretty OK, nothing to complain about. Colors, overdrive, other general features are fine out of the box. I see some talk about this monitor recently... It is pretty pricey as for nongsync monitor and for being 1080p at 27". Pricey, are you sure? Recommened price on L...

Re: Looking for 1080p monitor... no luck so far (AG251FG pic
I just want a decent picture quality(even if I was lenient, the pics I posted are terrible) , high refresh rate and possibly Gsync for ~500$. But as we can see picture quality suffers from 240hz and/or is crappy on gsync monitors. Especially at 1080p panels. Or maybe I really had a bad luck and shou...

I see some talk about this monitor recently... It is pretty pricey as for nongsync monitor and for being 1080p at 27". Any particular reason for it? I've seen 1 or 2 people saying it's the BEST non gsync monitor... which I am inclined to be doubtful by nature :geek: As in other topic I've created......

Looking for 1080p monitor... no luck so far (AG251FG pics!)
So(sorry for being so down and whiny!)... Few months back I've finally sold my VA Iiyama(xb2483hsu) and got my first G-sync monitor - AOC AG251FG. 240hz, gsync, 24'5" and 1080p. Newest and bestest. After all, You don't get a new monitor every day. Seems perfect for my gtx 1060. I don't even game onl...

Re: 240hz on 60FPS games
Let me get this straight: So if a game is internally locked to 60fps and I play on 240hz monitor with Gsync (always forced 237fps in rtss and vsync in nvcp). -Should it be left as it is? Then gsync will just make the monitor 60hz but thanks to "vsync gsync" no lag. -or unlock gsync to force 240hz an...

Re: Alienware AW2518H
Very nice video. You are a good talker. The ghosting is much much better than on AG251FG I had, so that's a plus. And I had not idea stuff is mastered on bt.1886. Wonder if the monitor actually achieves this gamma correctly and how 2.2 traditional content, games and movies look. But I prefer a bit d...

Re: Alienware AW2518H
How is the coating and gamma compared to other 240hz screens?
I've not seen any mention of coating but I've seen one review mentioning weird 2.4 gamma and not 2.2 standard ?
