Re: RTINGS test 240Hz HP Omen X 25f - Lowest input lag yet
Too bad rtings don't have the detailed response time measurements of TFTCentral. Although a good testufo pursuit photograph can give you a decent idea of motion handling.

MTN250HTN01.9?
Also as far as I'm concerned, anything under 4ms of measured lag is "good enough" (read: perfect) and the differences under 4ms are statistical noise/margin of error. Does anyone disagree?

Re: "0.5 ms" 240hz monitors list
Anyone know when the XN253QX is expected be to available in EU/US/AU? Really interested in this display, although it might be wise to wait for a ViewSonic or LG version with the new 1.9 panel.

Re: What makes 240hz better than 144hz for competitive?
I'm waiting for the XG240R of 240Hz to show up – minimal input lag, near perfect overdrive tuning and good image quality. Until then, I'd rather not be a 240Hz beta tester.
My 27GK750F was actually pretty nice, but sadly, 27" is not as nice as 24".

Re: What makes 240hz better than 144hz for competitive?
From my experience with the 27GK750F, I found 240Hz to be very low persistence without needing to resort to backlight strobing. The low persistence makes tracking really quite easy.

Re: Exclusive full screen vs borderless windowed
From the testing I've seen, W10 1809's new hybrid fullscreen mode adds no input lag and has either no effect or a negligible effect on FPS depending on the game. Quite a nifty improvement indeed. You can tell if you're using the hybrid mode by changing your windows volume with a hotkey; if the volum...

Re: help me decide which xg248q to keep
i love the monitor, my only issue with it is the clouding / uniformity. i only see it on dark grey, dark blue and dark green. otherwise i never see it, what blows my mind the most is.. the left one seems like a completely different panel. maybe even the coating sucks on that one only? i am not sure...
