In my limited time owning an xl2746s, it's better to run at 182 Hz if your fps is closer to 182 vs 240. The rule of thumb for less motion blur is fps = Hz.

Now keep in mind YouTube introduces compression artifacts and the camera doesn't perfectly capture what I see. One thing I did notice is at 100 Hz/120 Hz I get lots of crosstalk no matter what AMA/Dyac setting I use. I don't know if this is intentional...
