Thirdly, if I am correct about the 1ms polling range, and G-Sync + V-Sync off is only tearing at the bottom portion of the screen, doesn't it simply represent the area where G-Sync ran out of time to sync the frames Aren't you just running into the upper limit where G-Sync transitions over to V-Syn...
