Re: 240 Hz IPS monitors with native G-SYNC

Likely nothing else, they don't see it as profitable anymore to include the module. I personally would pay more for it as i actually enjoy using G-sync at high frame rates.

Re: Still no performance review on VG259QM?

Could someone help me with those bit of data in the following: I want an IPS for color accuracy, as for TNs I guess I would have to wait until september for the new BenQ) Price in EU are same as of right now for 27"Asus, 25"Asus or 25"MSI (the Acer Predator XB273X is slightly too big for me, also m...

Re: 05/22/2020 UPDATE. The IPS 240hz monitor tier list.(I've measured/tried the all) and my honest explanation why.

Im about to buy a 240hz IPS monitor and im also hesitating between the MSI MAG251RX and the ASUS VG259QM. I was looking at the G7 32" where i was planning to play at 1080p at 24.5" non scaled but after reading about GPU and display scaling and apparent black smearing with VA panels i decided it was ...

Re: 32in Samsung Odessey G7

Any downsides to doing this? Nope. Other than the black area around the image, of course. Thanks, Looking forward to a review on this monitor on this page, especially on the potential issues with VA panels on fast motion. Just to add on I also enable G-sync on all games I play, wondering if this ch...

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync

Just to add in, i had the "white screen of death" early this year. Fortunately, I was within a month of my warranty ending, I sent it to the repair center and they got a replacement panel from LG directly and gave it back to me like a week later.

32in Samsung Odyssey G7 Question

Hello, Just wondering, I love big monitors for pretty much everything, except for gaming where I would prefer to have 24.5 max and at 1080p. With the Samsung Odyssey being 1440p at 32in, where it is pretty much equivalent in PPI with a 24.5in 1080p monitor. Im wondering if there are any downsides to...

Does anyone know how do you check what firmware your monitor is currently running? Thanks.

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync

Thanks for the reply, I am no expert on CRU but I simply went there to edit the extension block of monitor on the 1920:1080 res where i click on the "total" parameters and changed the Vertical lines to 1182, OK, closed and then clicked on the restart 64.exe. I thought this was following the instuct...

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync

Hi all, So i followed the instructions on the front page to stop the stuttering and get 239.760hz refresh rate by changing the VT to 1182 from 1180 on CRU. So thats fine and it fixed the stuttering. Now the problem is i am unable to enable G-sync now. I can confirm that this is the issue as i reset...
