Re: New Framelag after OS reinstall that won't go away

1. Dell sd2716dg 2. I used DDU for every driver install session 3. Just single monitor Hmm. Strange. Could be in major part due to Windows 8.1 quirks and/or interactions with the S2716DG behaviors. 1. Can you photograph www.testufo.com/frameskipping please? (camera, not screenshot) ... Re: Unable to reduce input lag with VSYNC OFF and uncapped FPS with DLP projector.

And I can't see evidence of multiple frames being collected in the DLP's "first framebuffer" because of an issue with TestUFO/Browser/VSYNC behaviour? Browser behavior. Browsers do not officially properly support VSYNC OFF. The "VSYNC OFF" mode in browser options is really just triple buffering. It...

Re: Unable to reduce input lag with VSYNC OFF and uncapped FPS with DLP projector.

What I noticed was that the displayed content does not change until a color cycle is complete, so the frame that contains the tearlines is being shown for 16ms (while cycling through all the colors on the color wheel). Does this mean it takes 16ms for the DLP to buffer the frame from the cable? So ...

Re: [Blur Busters Approved XG2431 - 24" 240Hz IPS] ViewSonic unveils monitors for 2021 (The new 240Hz 24" king?)

I do recognize dynamic overdrive does slightly improve the motion resolution of VRR (to more closely follow Blur Busters Law, becoming more unimpeded by ghosting/coronas) I disagree with the notion that it's a slight improvement Oh, good catch: I should have quantified it more specifically: Usually...

Re: Good News Everyone: 60Hz Single Strobe Options

Hi, Chief. Sorry to respond to an old post, but I'm curious about what you said there. Does this mean that the Pioneer plasma TVs had clearer motion than Panasonic and other brands? Both Pioneer and Panasonic were pretty good plasma TV brands. The videophile models were really good. However, all pl...

Re: CRT Technology Collector Here... AMA

Philadelphia and California. There must be other CRT collectors reading this. Whereabouts you CRT collectors located? Any of you near Toronto, Canada? I have a use to add back about 1 or 2 semi-inexpensive reasonably-high-bandwidth multisync CRTs to my collection for comparision testing purposes (as...

Re: SYNC FAILURE

Hello, I have got a dell s2721dgf. Whenever I try to do UFO Test, I always get sync failure. The frame rate goes around 163-165. I have tried following these recommendations viewtopic.php?f=19&t=3549 but nothing, I am having the same sync failure. PC SPEC GeForce RTX 2070 super Intel Core i7-8700 B...

Re: Unable to reduce input lag with VSYNC OFF and uncapped FPS with DLP projector.

I already used a Note 10+ in SuperSlo Mode, but I am not sure how to sync Windows Hz, Test UFO Hz and Camera. Camera is supposedly fixed at 960fps in SuperSloMode but VSYNC OFF in Chrome runs of at 2500Hz Whoa, stop it there. Don't do that. TestUFO is currently designed to only work with VSYNC ON I...
