Re: LG 27" 1440p 240hz OLED Ultragear 27GR95QE
In my opinion OLED is already good enough. I dare to say - once OLED, always OLED. This technology is SO superior over any LCD I've seen, it's just magical. Also we already have burn-in protection policies under warranty as well. I don't really fear about burn-in too much on my LG C2. I use relativ...

Re: LG 27" 1440p 240hz OLED Ultragear 27GR95QE
So, it's actually happening! Curious about burn-in issues with this one though. Considering that a display like this is mainly focused on FPS players who desire the best motion clarity, and considering that most FPS games have static interfaces... and players spend hundreds and thousands of hours pl...

Re: 32” 1440p monitor without “pixel inversion artifacts”?
Definitely go IPS. Despite of what Chief said, I would strongly suggest to avoid IPS panels if you had VA before and prefer VA panels in general. You'd very likely be annoyed by common IPS issues, such as poor contrast ratio, poor black uniformity, backlight bleed and IPS glow, especially on NanoIP...

Re: XG270 Low latency
Max refresh rate + unlimited fps + no sync of any kind + no strobing + preferably overkill frame rate = lowest possible latency.

Re: New To This: Monitor Suggestion help!
The following are what I really prefer unless its a total deal breaker. 27"+ Curved 165hz+ 2k I like wide monitors Samsung Odyssey G7 is probably your best choice, checks all the boxes. It features 27 or 32" inch 1440p 240 Hz curved VA panel with very good response time performance. See reviews on ...

Re: 480 hz monitors by 2023?
https://www.tomshardware.com/news/lg-auo-developing-480hz-display-panels Just FYI, there's a major mistake in this Tom's Hardware article you linked: " Today's ultra-high-performance 360Hz displays use a TN panel, though the brand new 390 Hz LCDs use AUO's AHVA (IPS-like) panels. " All 360 Hz monit...

Re: ASUS vg25 280hz monitor always resets to 144 hz, can anyone help me fix?
Just wanted to know what gets me the lowest input lag. Thanks. For the lowest possible input lag in competitive play you just want overkill frame rate with no sync, simple as that, so just set fps to unlimited and disable any sync methods (FreeSync/G-SYNC/V-SYNC). If your PC can sustain very high f...

Re: [Blur Busters Approved XG2431 - 24" 240Hz IPS] ViewSonic unveils monitors for 2021 (The new 240Hz 24" king?)
If this monitor takes too long and I end up not wanting to wait any longer. Just a just survey, which monitor would you pick between: Asus VG259QM / Asus VG279QM MSI OPTIXMAG251RX Acer Nitro XV252QZ Are you not considering Acer Nitro XV252QF? It's the new 390 Hz IPS, very decently priced comparing ...

It seems to happen randomly from time to time, me and my friend both experienced this issue on our VG259QM monitors. I have no idea how to prevent it from happening It doesn't seem to happen too often though.
