Re: Input lag only in multiplayer games
Well by what you said, it can only be your internet. ISPs only care that you are getting the speed you are paying for, the longer the route they send it can cause issues and also if you are on a busy line it could have high congestion. So having a decent ping and no packet loss doesn't mean its not ...

Re: Games feeling choppy with unlimited fps
Try a 240hz or 360hz monitor, well that build really is 1440p or 4K.
That build is huge overkill for 144hz 1080p.

Re: 60 FPS lock on 144 hz. GSync vs OFF Sync
No that is comparing 60fps on a 60hz monitor to 60fps on a 144hz monitor, also it is comparing 60hz 60fps with Vsync on to 60fps 144hz Gsync+Vsync on. There is no comparison there with all syncs off. If you don't care about consistency and smoothness and just want ultimate input lag reduction you n...

Re: Dell Alienware with/without Gsync?!
If you are playing at over 240hz then Gsync isn't even active so it doesn't make any difference. G2G response time is pixel transition/blurring, the ms isn't input lag its pixel response, I think you're confusing pixel response ms with input lag combining it with saying Gsync adds 1ms? If you can p...

Re: Is there a way to make DX12 games run in "true" fullscreen mode?
I tried to get to the bottom of this for a long time and have given up. I remember reading elsewhere that some of the newer games (Or potentially all DX12 if non work) don't disable it because the game literally doesn't have an exclusive fullscreen mode, the fullscreen option in game only work...

Re: My new setup Gsync ON on CSGO
Its placebo, Gsync is only active up to the max framerate of the monitor.
You need to cap to around 237 to actually be playing with Gsync on.

Re: Is there any use for Fullscreen Exclusive mode after 461.09 drivers?
I'm sure I've read somewhere on here in the past that using Gsync in windowed has no lag differences than fullscreen. Exclusive fullscreen doesn't really exist anymore either, Windows uses fullscreen optimisation and it basically makes your ingame selection of fullscreen into a forced borderless win...

Re: 60 FPS lock on 144 hz. GSync vs OFF Sync
For the absolute lowest input it will be all syncs off no matter what. The fact that turning off all synchronizations gives the lowest latency could be absolutely true if it were not for the results of this test, which claims that GSync helps to reduce latency in comparison with a 60 Hz monitor, de...
