Since Reflex came out haven't most tests shown that you actually get a reduction in input lag by using reflex maxing your gpu, than fps capping it. Too high gpu usage (~98-100%) can significantly increase input lag. Capping framerate till gpu load fluctuates below ~97% (or lower) can help reduce input lag.
