Re: Why lower resolutions are more smoother in gaming?
Also, while it probably depends on how the given game calculates mouse input, couldn't mouse DPI start to feel faster at a lower-than-native res when scaling as well? Because I know it feels slower with a higher-than-native res when downsampling. E.g. short of actual processing improvements on the ...

Re: WDDM 2.7 Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling
Are you sure that you have a 5600/5700? And did you install 20.5.1 or 20.5.1 Beta (different version)? Is the "beta" drivers the same as the "optional" drivers? I've reinstalled them without any success in activating the option in windows. If not, could you please tell me where I can find the "beta...

Re: WDDM 2.7 Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling
I just tried 20.5.1 Beta with Hardware Accelleration, it only works for 5000 series Amd GPUs This is what I noticed: Noticeable improvement in avg fps(+15/20fps), 1%lows and 0.1%lows, frame times seem more stable than with Hardware Accelleration OFF. There's a perceivable improvement in overall inp...

Re: [EXPERIMENT]Keyboard latency at different debounce settings
What sort of test @senny22 are you able to do ? the question I have is simply does it offer any lower latency compared to other gaming boards ? 1) You can start an action faster but if you bottom the button out does that mean you'll finish the action slower because of the extra button travel past t...

Re: Got the Apex Pro TKL Keyboard, very large improvement in input lag.
Can you show on video what you mean with: "Actually moving out from a corner and stopping to shoot before getting killed is possible sometimes now." ? I don't have the keyboards you mentioned but updated the OP with the Keyboards I could try. Here is a video demonstrating what I meant. However, the...

Apex Pro TKL, Improvement in Input Latency and Measurments against other keyboards.
I bought the Apex Pro TKL a couple of days ago because I kind off fell for the marketing in regards to responsiveness and input lag because I was sick of a very sluggish movement in games on my keyboards with content Red and Cherry MX Blue switches. I could just return the keyboard if it didn't impr...

I've had the Apex Pro TKL for a couple of days now and could test something if anyone wants me to.

Re: Is it true Ryzen has higher input lag than Intel? Is there conclusive data to prove this?
Yes you can easily see it using latencymon program. Intels usually get 40us and newest ryzens run at 80us. Its numbers from my memory but i believe they are true. If i dont forget i can post few sources when im back home on my pc. Since it's a matter of difference between us, am I right to assume t...

Re: Does using a 2nd monitor (only for web browsing) affect input lag while gaming?
Yes for two reasons (A) Windows compositor doesn't have independent compositors for separate monitors (OS induced) (B) Screen activity in other apps can slow down the 3D of the main monitor (performance) See https://forums.blurbusters.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=6965 If you want to minimize this probl...
