Any idea why a game would lock to 60fps that used to lock to 144 with vsync? Edit: Just played some more CS:GO 130 feels the same as 120, 140 definitely has more of a delay. I have dual 780's so I should generally have the 100+ for the strobing. As long as I can just go No-sync at all, no strobing and play as I do now.

I guess, if worst comes to worst, I could always sell of my Second GTX 780. Would hate to have wasted the money though. It was my own fault for trusting the Nvidia initial press release.
