Any1 actually tested that RTSS (-0.1 fps) + VCP VSYNC ON with max prerendered 1 has less input lag than alone NVCP VSYNC ON with max prerendered 1? Doesn't RTSS adds some input lag?

SSo it's best to cap slightly below the refresh rate. Not by 0.1FPS though. I now use 0.007FPS below the refresh and it works fine. RTSS does have the needed accuracy to be reliable at that value.
