I tested my inputlag in CSGO and CSS with a 1000fps camera
CSS always felt more responsive than CSGO to me and I was on a mission to prove it. Surprisingly both games have an average input lag of 9-12ms for me when I tested it with a 1000fps camera as seen in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j655QH8eP2E I had several theories why thats the case: ...

Re: Im offering 50€ to whoever fixes my input lag in csgo
I actually got a 1000fps camera and will make a post soon! Rud regarding the video you posted: You filmed this in fullscreen windowed mode which adds input lag so this is not a proof.

_DELAY_FLIP_BY_FLIPMETERING = less input lag?
Someone claims that setting _DELAY_FLIP_BY_FLIPMETERING in the Nvidia Profile Inspector as frame rate limiter mode reduces input lag. Im doing some testing right now with my 1000fps camera but Im not satisfied with my data because it shows some inconsistencies. Has this been tested before? Here is t...

Im offering 50€ to whoever fixes my input lag in csgo
Im experiencing a small but noticable input lag in CSGO which I notice after I play some CSS or 1.6 and then get used to after a while. A lot of people told me they dont feel a difference in responsiveness between those games, but I do. I have Vsync disabled, am using rawinput 1 and get a minimum of...

Re: flood's input lag measurements
Im very interested in how far my feeling that 1.6 is more responsive than csgo is a placebo. Could anyone or maybe even flood himself explain the provided data on the first page (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cktehkalPAbJ5014jL-Vtg3YmGXmNTnAZy5CAQ-Zpkk/edit?pli=1#gid=207953886) to me? Unde...

Re: flood's input lag measurements
Okay how can i descibe that better. So as I said earlier I started playing css in 2003 and csgo in 2014ish. Css and also 1.6 feels much more direct/responsive/snappier to me as csgo. I played all 3 games on the same system so I kinda think its not my hardware/drivers. Of course I have vsync off and ...

Re: flood's input lag measurements
I have a general question: when csgo feels sluggish to me, does that mean i have input delay or could it also be some kind of negative acceleration?
