Re: Is it true Ryzen has higher input lag than Intel? Is there conclusive data to prove this?
I've tested CS:GO on both Intel and AMD and there is a difference, indeed, but rather in mouse movement itself than in input-lag. It was more like comparing mice with different sensors. On my Ryzen system I had to mod BIOS file to change some settings which are unavailable (not shown) by default. F...

Re: Enabling G-sync has hidden impacts even when frame rate is uncapped?
For what it's worth, I've tested the input lag difference in CS:GO with freesync enabled / disabled at the same frame rates (235 and 300) and there wasn't any difference on my XF252QX.

Re: CSGO feels like 60hz [Internet Latency Issues]
If you have a pro gaming career (esports), you might wish to evaluate drastic moves: -- Put your ISP's router in bridge mode and use a high end gaming router, and heavily prioritize your gaming traffic -- Pay for a gaming VPN I'd rather have a slower connection with zero latency jitter (<1ms) than ...

Re: Apex Pro TKL, Improvement in Input Latency and Measurments against other keyboards.
No. See hall-effect (physics) on how it works. Analogue refers to how things worked back in the days or like for example controllers do: You can choose what happens at what %-pressed. E.g.: Slight tap lets you slow walk a bit, a full press means a full sprint. The Apex Pro doesn't have that, only t...

Re: Apex Pro TKL, Improvement in Input Latency and Measurments against other keyboards.
Please use the term hall-effect switches and differentiate between "analogue" and "hall-effect". It's not the same. It can be, but it's not the same. Also, Steelseries mentions the razer optical switches in a blog about the Apex Pro and they said they wanted even faster switches, which brought them...

Re: Apex Pro TKL, Improvement in Input Latency and Measurments against other keyboards.
I kinda wanna buy an Apex pro TKL myself just to compare it to my bloody b975, but I ain't rich enough for that  I believe they would be similar, both being optical switches. Don't think the Apex is better any measurable way. Ah, I see. Have you heard of the wooting one keyboard? They advertis...

Re: I'M SO CLOSE TO FINISHING MY INPUT LAG!
I've tried Win 7 on Ryzen 1600 before. It's not really worth it, especially for multi monitor setup. The input lag still returned because it got shitty updates from Win 10. So much work to get it to install too. Guess I'll stick to W10 then but what are some tweaks that have actually helped for you...

Re: I'M SO CLOSE TO FINISHING MY INPUT LAG!
I've gotten this far. It's too late for me now. I've found almost every possible tweak there is. This final tweaks goes down to the root core of the problem. Everything else is just Icing on the cake. Bare install of w7 is still better than tweaked 10 Even though you have a ryzen 3000 series that i...
