There isn't much of a difference between 144hz and 240hz either to be honest. Obviously there is but you'd have to have two monitors set up next to each other to tell the difference. Off 144hz works then just use 144hz. I don't understand why they bother to make monitors that are 20hz more when you get to those numbers. You won't notice any difference.

Windows uses fullscreen optimisation and it basically makes your ingame selection of fullscreen into a forced borderless windows mode.
