So I was just playing Cold War on my XB253 and noticed the whole screen was full of verticle lines and the screen looked like it was flickering a bit... Minimized to a complete image retention of Cold War on my screen. You can lower black boost, doesn't have to be 0, and it should not have this iss...

Re: Input Lag when using 240hz screens in 120hz mode
Its because some monitors don't use the same scaler across DP and HDMI, its pretty much the equivalent of using 2 different screens. I had the XB252Q 240hz gsync monitor, you could only get over 60 with DP. The HDMI port used a completely separate scaler so it maxed at 60 and has alot more input lag...

Re: What issue am I experiencing here?
Above is right, whether its your problem or not is another matter. If you use ULL set to Ultra you need to be pinning your GPU at max usage constantly, if you are frame capping then turn it off. You are ok to leave it to 'ON' but if you are frame capping below 100% GPU usage just turn it off because...

Re: Warning about HP Customer Service
It just sounds like a mis-understanding on both parts.
They won't send you a new monitor without you sending them yours first.
And they won't just take yours off you and leave you with nothing.
Box it up and send it them and take it from there.

Re: Anyone else get very noticable mouse lag in the nvidia overlay?
My mouse doesn't change at all when I open the overlay.
Have you got the experimental features box ticked? That caused me problems so I had to turn that off, worth a try if you have it on.

Re: G-sync and variable frame times causing undetectable stutter?
Are you capping framerate?
If you are capping in game it isn't a perfect frametime, you need to cap via NCP or RTSS but will get a latency/input lag increase from using ingame though.

Re: Does the Predator XB253Q work for high framerates?
The 240hz XB253Q has 2 HDMI 2.0 ports, anybody know if this works for 1080p 120hz on the new Xbox? I read some monitors even with the newer HDMI ports don't work with it. Most of the time, it usually works if the HDMI is specc'd to a Hz at least that much -- the problem with it not working is usual...

Re: PG279Q RMA Woes; A plea for help
The Gsync module veritcal line bug was never fixed and you just have to live with it and turn the monitor on/off to make it go away. They did do an update but also said if the update doesn't work for your monitor then tough shit, my XB252Q did it alot. As for your other issue I don't understand what...
