Re: ARTICLE: Stroboscopic Effect Of Finite-Framerate Display
Wow -- Even at this early juncture, this article is apparently getting rave reviews by Blur Busters twitterverse, including employees of NVIDIA and media websites (e.g. Digital Foundry). I try to explain things better than the average website! https://www.blurbusters.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/...

Re: Digital Foundry - CRT better then 4K OLED
I agree that the video didn't really present many facts with their comparison between LED vs CRT. I really think it depends on the person. I am easily strained by LED screens so I love to see CRT get some love. I think LED screens are way better for reading text. I can easily see why people love CRT...

Digital Foundry - CRT better then 4K OLED
Check out this video by Digital Foundry which has over 300 000 views sharing their opinion on how they think CRT is better then any LED at the moment. Kind of cool.

Re: G-Sync Added To LG OLED
Now if only they could make them watchable for those with motion sensitivities...I tried one in the store the other day and it took less than a minute to get nauseous. They have tons of options so it might not of been set right. Brightness was also probably at max and there is different modes for g...

G-Sync Added To LG OLED
I'm sure this will make some people happy on this forum. G-Sync added to the next firmware update for the 2019 LG OLED TV's. https://www.engadget.com/2019/09/09/g-sync-lg-oled/?guccounter=1&guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ29vZ2xlLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAAK8h9z43vt4sfv6rzFWcEoyBecXIsxCKjEfBLFICHn...

Re: 24gl600f
Latest news, Linus made a video about 3 of the cheapest 144hz 1080p monitors out there and the LG happened to be the on the list. In the video, he briefly reviewed each one. One of them being broken he then compared the remaining 2 monitors side by side (Spectre vs LG). To my surprise, according to...

Re: Visual sensitivity due to Windows 10 and/or 32-bit color
Being Blur Busters , we are a magnet for complaints about display motion blur (And vision sensitivity related to display motion blur), but I have some familiarity with some unrelated anecdotes. But you may need to consult some vision specialists to narrow down your vision sensitivities, we are not ...

Re: Visual sensitivity due to Windows 10 and/or 32-bit color
Thanks for your reply! I have tried these suggestions, excluding the lower refresh rate (I am afraid it will cause flickering). Unfortunately, none solved the problem. I am afraid I cannot narrow down my visual sensitivity problem becuase apparently it includes several aspects (flicker, motion, etc...

Does a panel coating affect eye strain?? Is that what you are referring to here? If so is there another new monitor similar to this with a less aggressive panel coating but same AUO panel? I haven't ever really done any research on a panel coating when buying a monitor before.
