Re: 30 FPS on PC - Vsync vs Adaptive Vsync vs RTSS?
Just finished the game but I did try DX11 a few minutes ago. FPS went up to about 65-70 but still no gsync indicator or hz/fps matching like with G-SYNC Pendulum Demo or starcraft 2 or any other game. Double checked my nvidia control panel settings to make sure as well.. not sure why gsync won't ac...

Re: 30 FPS on PC - Vsync vs Adaptive Vsync vs RTSS?
Gsync won't activate regardless of any setting in this game but at least now I know the perfect settings. Thank you for all the help man! No problem, but it is odd that you can't get G-SYNC to work in that game, as I just looked around (including on the ResetEra performance thread), and I haven't s...

Re: 30 FPS on PC - Vsync vs Adaptive Vsync vs RTSS?
I am currently going into settings, channels, highlighting channel tuning and pressing 11111 which brings up a Host Diagnostic screen for my LG C9 TV. I highlight the HDMI option and get some more options but both screens show 4k@120hz. I was just playing around with low settings/RTX off/etc and go...

Re: 30 FPS on PC - Vsync vs Adaptive Vsync vs RTSS?
Thank you guys for the advice. Although I believe the C9 Gsync range is 40-120fps. Would that still be best in that case too? LFC should kick in, so 30 FPS would evenly duplicate to 60Hz VRR automatically, thus G-SYNC + NVCP V-SYNC "On" + 30 RTSS FPS limit (with 120Hz set as the max refresh rate) w...

Re: Any downside to running G-Sync in Windowed Mode?
Getting g-sync to work in this game seems pretty much impossible / it won't work I happen to own Brawlhalla and just tested this, and I can confirm G-SYNC is fully engaged for me when the Brawlhalla profile in Inspector is set to "Fullscreen and Windowed." I can't currently speak to input lag level...

Re: Any downside to running G-Sync in Windowed Mode?
So lets say I only want to do this for one application. Where do I choose it from the NVCP or the Profile Inspector? As the last line of the previous instructions I quoted stated, Profile Inspector. Search up an existing or create a new profile for the exe you're targeting in Inspector, and then se...

Re: Any downside to running G-Sync in Windowed Mode?
So I found out that running G-Sync while the computer is in windowed mode somehow bypasses DWM. I wanted to know how and why that happens? It appears to change the flip mode of the window when focused, bypassing extra composition, at least in my original tests. what is the downside of running G-Syn...

Re: NVIDIA Low Latency Mode - On or Off for less Input lag?
I mean in Nvidia control panel vsync, or vsync fast, or vsync adaptive ect - Control panel V-SYNC almost always behaves the same way as the default in-game V-SYNC option. - Fast Sync works best on its own with an uncapped framerate that can exceed the refresh rate by at least 2x times, else the mor...

Re: 55Q80T or LG CX As PC Monitor
Other monitors like the ViewSonic XG270QG looks like the LG 32GK850G, except you have strobing capability (even if with a bit red ghosting). Also, 1440p 240Hz NanoIPS is coming 2021 with wide-color-gamut, so that will be the next best 1440p. Going by his OP (and our original conversation), I believ...
