Re: Upgraded to a "flawless sensor" mouse and I love it

Also i play pharah mainly so its not like i aim or anything. LOL! I want to quote this. On low sensitivity, any mouse works well. I can aim almost as well on my friend's Deathadder 3.5G from years ago because I use 24cm/360. I suggest PMW3360/3366/3389 sensor and don't go over 1500 or 1550 dpi (160...

Re: Upgraded to a "flawless sensor" mouse and I love it

The ASUS ROG Gladius sends two reports every 1ms rather than one report every 0.5ms like a true 2000Hz mouse would, so it's basically "fake" 2000Hz support. Don't buy one. I wish these sensor lists were better. There are lots of mice considered to have "flawless" sensors which are not. I had a Rocc...

Re: Best 240hz monitor for FPS

I think 'they' said it has brighter ULMB and ULMB can be uses at any refreshrate. besides that, i'm not sure what else. Yeah that's pretty much it. it's just as bright with DyAc (ULMB) on or off, even at 240Hz. If G-Sync is more important to you (especially if you play a lot of games on high detail...

Re: How many frames of lag are there with the following

I also see now what you mean by actual input latency/lag. While messing around with V-Sync, whenever I enable it (and I haven't yet properly tested 240.004fps @ 240.012Hz), I can aim exactly the same except the cursor movement feels "slower" and if I rapidly aim and click very quickly, the click doe...

Re: How many frames of lag are there with the following

You're posts are starting to go a little all over the place, so before we continue, what scenario are you specifically talking about now? Are you now only talking about the difference at 120Hz between Fast Sync at 120 FPS and Fast Sync at 240 FPS? Because that would require an entirely different ex...

Re: How many frames of lag are there with the following

I had to ask because I can actually notice a difference between V-Sync ON, 240.012Hz refresh rate and 240fps in-game cap versus V-Sync OFF, 300fps in-game cap. In-game limiters are not accurate enough to give you 0.012FPS precision. You're going to have way more input lag compared to 300FPS since t...

Re: Overwatch -- Lightboost 120Hz + Fast Sync

Step 2 different method: Using CRU Instead of using a fractional RTSS frame rate limit, you can instead continue using the default frame cap, but instead modify your monitor's refresh rate slightly. You can do that using CRU: https://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-Custom-Resolution-Utility-CRU F...

Also, when I refer to the feel of the mouse, I don't mean the click latency-type of feel. But the movement of the cursor across the screen.

Re: How many frames of lag are there with the following

Yeah, I've read it. That's a strong placebo effect, considering my accuracy % is different between the two consistently. Could it just be down to better mouse feel due to more input from the mouse at the higher framerate? Even though they're both the same refresh rate, the game engine is taking mous...
