Is 120fps embedding possible with files other than MP4? I use MOV files. Although I can reencode them as MP4 via ffmpeg, this sometimes degrades the quality quite noticeably and often produces choppy playback.

I had to type the entire hierarchy, starting with "Users" into the command. Once I did that I was able to type in the command you gave me and so far it seems to be working fine.
